The location is great in terms of safety

The gas heater had no cylinder and it was cold. Even the television set was showing no access to internet.

Very helpful and friendly staff, very clean and well-equiped flat. Great attention to detail with good quality towels and linen, snacks, and a fridge stocked with soft drinks, water, and milk (at no extra charge!). Karen was prompt to respond to any query and gave excellent directions.
