Green Haven Homestay

We want to say a huge thank you for such an incredible stay. The room was perfectly clean, and the staff was so friendly and welcoming that we felt right at home from the start. ​Everything was fantastic – the treks through the fields, seeing the black monkeys, and the waterfall were all unforgettable. A special thank you for letting us cook and eat with your family; it was a true highlight. We have to say, this was the best food we’ve had in Indonesia so far! Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an den Reisfeldern von Tetebatu. Es ist sehr sauber und die Betten waren gemütlich. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir haben dort gleich eine Tour durch die Reisfelder gemacht. Die Tour machen die Eigentümer selbst und erzählen sehr viel über den Anbau, sowie die unterschiedlichen Pflanzen. Das Essen von der Gastfamilie war das beste was wir bisher in Indonesien hatten.

As a solo traveler I felt at home. Jay and his family took really good care of me, asked me if I want some tea many times a day. Food was amazing and they even cooked all meals in vegetarian at family dinner for me. I would totally recommend to book the tours with the hosts. I have learned so much there!

The WiFi didn’t work in my room but the connection is strong enough for the other cabins.

The people working there are super nice. There is a good selection for breakfast. Can rent a scooter directly at the property so super convenient.

I came to stay at Green Haven as a solo traveler. From the moment I arrived they were so welcoming, it started with a lovely welcome drink and a delicious lunch. I did the Sasak village tour with Makbul on my first day, this was an amazing experience, from bamboo weaving to pottery to watching the amazing hand weavers at work. On my second day I did the rice fields tour with Jay, we went to amazing waterfalls and saw some black monkeys. My last night was spent having a traditional Indonesian meal with the family, the food was absolutely delicious. The bunglows are lovely, very clean and the beds were so comfy. My favourite place I stayed in all of Indonesia!

Ontzettend hartelijke familie die alles doen om het je naar de zin te maken. Vooral de tours waarbij je samen met een van de broers door de prachtige omgeving gaat zijn super leuk om te doen. Het overheerlijke eten en diverse fruitdrankjes maken het verblijf in Green Haven Homestay compleet.

L’accueil était chaleureux et le logement était parfait. Nous avons fait les deux tours proposés par les gérants pour visiter les rizières, villages etc et nous n’avons pas été déçues ! Tout se fait à pieds, et nous avons découverts beaucoup de la culture locale dans un paysage magnifique accompagnées des frères adorables ! La nourriture était très bonne, et nous avons même pu profiter d’un repas local avec eux accompagné de chansons, une veillée magique ! Cet endroit regroupe tout ce que nous souhaitions voir de Tetebatu, je reviendrai sans hésiter !
