I liked everything: the comfortable room on 11th floor with a great view over Borjomi in a very clean flat and the owner Albert who cared so nicely for me. You get a good glimpse into daily life and can feel very comfortable. Unfortunately no english spoken, but we got along well with translation app

the owner Albert is really nice and caring. he is very helpful and not annoying at the same time. cool breakfasts. the place is right in the center, good wifi, good shower.

the bed covers and carpets need to be cleaned, it was a bit of smell but not that crucial.

We went here thanks to seeing all the positive reviews about Albert, the host. And it was true - Albert is an absolute delight. Such a kind and interesting person, who genuinely cares about you. If you're interested in making a human connection rather than a boring hotel - this is the place for you! Thanks Albert :)

The owner, Albert, is the kindest and humblest gentleman one can hope to meet! I loved listening to his stories, and sharing his delicious wine. It was a real pleasure to stay in a place that almost immediately felt like home 😍😍

It is very good place. Maybe it is an apartment but place is near park. Also host is very lovely granpa

Location was close to the park and the railway station. Residential area. Albert is an excellent host, very careful and helpful, extremely hospitable.
