The manager tried to extort me for more money even though I already paid in full through booking.com. terrible facilities and terrible business management

Falta de tudo. Limpeza, atenção ao cliente. Totalmente diferente do que oferece.

Na lista oferece o que não tem. Piscina suja, quarto sem tv, instalações a desejar. Espero que com esta postagem criem coragem de deixar em ordem. E trabalhar em cima de responsabilidade.

The location is perfect as it is central to most things in the town like food and shops. The staff were also very nice and friendly, but we're difficult to find as reception was never manned. Overall I feel it was very over priced for the quality, just the location and staff being so helpful redeemed it.

Unfortunately the photos online must've been taken when it was new as the place is looking tired. The entrance/reception wasn't manned so when I needed anything i had to search for someone. The room was poorly lit by one dim bulb, the bed although comfortable was on very loose slats which made a lot of noise when you moved. The room also smelled damp/fousty when I first arrived, but the air-conditioning hadn't been on which did help once running for a while.

Place good for party oriented people, staying there just one or two nights - bathroom very very basic - need refreshment. But super close to main surfer street, shops, bars etc.

Location

There are so many insects and mosquitoes. The bathroom door doesn't close and there is an open window in the bathroom. All the mosquitoes come in. All night long, insects come out from everywhere and come to the bed. I didn't sleep.
