Bule Homestay Cianjur

A place with great atmosphere. Basic but clean. The owner, Kus and his guys did a great job driving me around.

Quiet and hospitable

What a great homestay in Cianjur! I booked here because I wanted to visit Gunung Padang. Kus is a great host and made me feel very welcome. I only stayed one night so I missed his other programs, but Gunung Padang was great! It rained a lot but it was fine. The room is simple, breakfast delicious, and the welcome very warm. The homestay is a short walk to great food options and the shuttle bus stop/other shops. It had everything I needed.

Der Aufenthalt war definitiv ein Highlight auf unserer bisherigen Reise. Wir wurden total herzlich aufgenommen, saßen Abends gemeinsam mit Kus , seiner Familie und Freunden fröhlich zusammen und Kus und der Maler Chevy haben geduldig unsere tausend Fragen beantwortet. Die Wandertour durch die Reisfelder, den Jungle auf den Mount Manangel war ein tolles Erlebnis und auch der Besuch einer Kaffeeplantage war spannend in toller Natur. Kus bietet ein sehr schönes Programm mit verschiedenen Aktivitäten an (z.B. ein bis mehrtägige Wanderungen, Ausflüge zu Tee- und Kaffeeplantagen, zum Floating Village, Malkurse von dem tollen und super sympathischen Maler Cheyy und Batikkurse etc. ) an. Insgesamt haben wir einen super Eindruck bekommen, wie die Familien hier leben. Wir wollten dann weiter mit dem Bus nach Bandung. Kus hat uns zu 3 Buslinien gebracht, weil alle Busse ausgebucht waren (besser rechtzeitig buchen) und hat so lange mit uns gewartet, bis wir sicher im Bus waren.

Die Zimmer könnten noch etwas liebevoller gestaltet sein.

What a wonderful stay by Kus! Had a lot of fun with this guy, whether it is a walk to the nearby rice fields or ride on a bike to the city park. Felt like at home, welcoming family members and delicious breakfast. Would like to visit again!
