How spacious and and overall great the property was. I was amazed by how many things the hosts provided us with! From food to drinks to candies, they were very generous!

There could have been additional kitchen amenities like a dishwasher. Otherwise everything was good.

Die Sauberkeit, insbesondere in den Bädern und der Küche, hat uns sehr gefallen. Der Kontakt mit den freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Vermietern war ebenfalls sehr angenehm. Obwohl das in Ferienwohnungen sonst eher unüblich ist, wurden die Handtücher täglich gewechselt, die Küche sauber gemacht, und auf Wunsch die Betten gemacht. Zumindest im Sommer kann auch eine größere Gruppe sehr bequem im Garten sitzen, die Wohnung ist generell gut geeignet für eine Gruppe von Freunden. In jedem Zimmer ist ein eigener Kühlschrank. Die Innenstadt bzw der Bahnhof ist mit dem Bus in 45 Minuten direkt erreichbar (Haltestelle in der Nähe)

Eventuell wäre die eine oder andere bequeme Sitzgelegenheit in der Wohnung angenehm. Ansonsten hat uns alles gefallen.

In 2025, six of us—five men from Korea and one woman from Australia—traveled to Germany to attend IDS. During the IDS period, accommodation prices in the Cologne area were extremely high. What we wanted was either private rooms or individual beds for each person, plus at least two bathrooms. This lodging, about a 20‑minute Uber ride from downtown Cologne, exceeded our expectations. It was impeccably clean, featured a well‑kept garden, a coffee machine and coffee for guests, and every morning after we left, our beds were freshly made and brand‑new towels were provided. Whenever we cooked, the landlady checked to see if we needed anything and offered her thoughtful assistance. Thanks to her warm hospitality, we spent four days feeling more comfortable than at home. If we attend IDS again in two years, we will definitely visit again!
