Eka's Homestay

I had a wonderful stay at this homestay! The staff were very friendly. The breakfast provided was simple yet satisfying, with a small bowl of fresh fruit, coffee or tea, and eggs on toast. The location is ideal—right in the central area, yet the surroundings are peaceful and quiet, offering a great escape from the hustle and bustle. For the price I paid, it was absolutely worth it.

The location was perfect, close to the centre but it was very calm when inside. The garden area is beautiful, feels very welcoming. The family was very kind & helpful. I really enjoyed my time here :)) Also if you’re worried about the lack of AC, the fans were more than enough for me!

The room was quite dark, but it didn’t bother me too much; it’s a lot more welcoming than it appears in pictures.

I enjoyed being in a central location with a homestay that felt quiet and secluded. I enjoyed the private patio in front of my room surrounded by a beautiful garden. The seating area in the front restaurant is also stunning. The family is kind and welcoming.

When I tried to put the ceiling fan to a higher setting it got concerningly loud. So I kept it at a lower speed but therefore felt quite warm sleeping at night.

Spacious room and nice and quiet from the busy Ubud life. Friendly staff, good food, convenient location.

Extremely well located , in the heart of Ubud. Easy to go everywhere and a lot of restaurants around . The guesthouse has a Warung with good food and very convenient.

The bathroom needs a renovation and the entire room a deep clean .

Great location and very nice family running the Homestay. They also run a small restaurant that serves tasty food in very fair prices.

Unfortunately not very clean, I had an impression that bedsheets are not really changed and towels also had very weird smell. In the end I finished sleeping on my own towel. Room had a fan, but it was still very very hot in the night without the AC. Bathroom has no window that can open, so the floor aftwe shower takes longer to dry and makes not really good smell. In the end you get what you paid for.

It's a beautiful homestay right in the center of the city but it has a beautiful garden so you wake up only to the sounds of the birds and I loved it! I also really liked the breakfast and how helpful our hosts were! And I fell in love with their tiny dog, Coco :)

I was at Eka's Homestay almost a month and it was a smart choice. Garden setting with plenty of trees and flowers surrounding each room. Very quiet, almost no traffic noise. Rooms 4, 5, 6 are the quietest if you are a light sleeper. BF was tasty, I went with omelet, toast, tea and fruit everyday day as I am diabetic. Banana pancakes also an option. Roomy shower with plenty of hot water. Comfortable bed and pillows. Family run and they took good care of me. They will bring your BF to your room if you so choose. Good and affordable dinner choices if you choose to eat there. I did. All 27 days!
