Je suis restée 4 jours sans voir personne, sauf le dernier jour, la femme de ménage qui m'a confirmé que je pouvais laisser mes sacs dans la buanderie. Chambre 206, deux lits simples, vue sur rien.

My last night in Madeira before flying home, and this place made it genuinely easy. I arrived way too early to check in, but they let me drop off my luggage straight away - no fuss, no hassle. Same thing before my flight: bags stored, and I could enjoy my last few hours in Funchal without dragging everything around. Such a simple thing, but it makes such a difference. The housekeeping ladies deserve a special mention. Genuinely lovely, warm, and incredibly helpful - the kind of people who make you feel like a welcome guest rather than just a room number. You can tell they take real pride in what they do. Would absolutely recommend this hotel, especially if you're flying in or out at awkward hours. Five stars.

De ligging is perfect en alles was super schoon en compleet.

Parkeren kan niet voor de deur. Op zich prima om met een deurcode in te checken, maar bij mij en andere gasten werkte dat voor de eerste keer niet. Na een telefoontje werd dat op afstand opgelost

Les postes son très mal insonorisés. Il serait plus confortable de les isoler. Le passage du service de ménage ou des autres occupants le matin pouvait être très brouillant. Aussi certaines nuits des bruits d’alarme et des travaux ou tuyauteries
