Quiet, minimal, good en-suite facilities. It was all dealt with and paid for online, so we didn’t interact with anyone. Access to the hotel and room was by code!

Two singles instead of a double. Cups were too small!!

We've only stayed there for a very short time - slept for only few hours before going to another accommondation in the morning. But, I can say that it was very clean & on great location in Funchal.

Everything was super, the building, location, very comfortable bed and pillows. It was quiet and with very convenient check in, no keys needed.

Location location location. Really nice area, close to the cathedral, tons of restaurants, cafes and shopping. Well connected to local transportation. The hotel was safe and clean. Staff and service were great. The room was spacey, clean, and included the basic amenities. Excellent WiFi coverage.

The room is dark and smelled a little but thankfully there is a small window which helped get rid of the smell and bring in some light. Suggestions: cleaning crew arrives early in the morning while the guests are still sleeping or just waking up. My suggestion would be to keep the talking to a minimum in the hallways and no screaming across the hallway. Just being a bit mindful goes a long way. The second suggestion I have is to consider installing a filter water station somewhere in the lobby area.
