Staff were really welcoming and lovely. We didn’t spend much time in the property but they were helpful with recommendations of where to go and helped supply us transport to the port for a ferry.

It’s quite out the way of restaurants and shops which we didn’t realise.

el baño es pequeño y la ducha salpica a todos lados. Necesita más iluminación el agua demoraba 5 minutos en salir cuando abrías el grifo el aire acondicionado no alcanzaba a enfriar bien el cuarto el enchufe al lado de la estación de te no funcionaba y el hervidor no conectaba bien

Das Personal war sehr sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Außenanlage wie der Pool war gepflegt und direkt am Hotel gab es einen Supermarkt, der für Wasser und Snacks praktisch war. Die Lage war nicht ganz direkt im Zentrum, man war aber zu Fuß in 15 Min im Geschehen.

Das Restaurant war immer noch eine Baustelle und daher nicht geöffnet, dies war auf der Website nicht kommuniziert. Es wurde ebenfalls ein weiterer Raum renoviert und es war morgens sehr störend laut mit Hammer- und Bohrgeräuschen. Das Bad war relativ alt und durch das Duschen war immer der ganze Raum nass.

Personalen på boendet var jättetrevliga och väldigt hjälpsamma, man fick en bra känsla så fort man klev in! Dom hade också 24 timmars reception vilket var underlättade om man behövde hjälp med något. Min pojkvän åkte också på Bali belly och då var personalen väldigt hjälpsamma och städade oftare än 1 gång per dag för att jag också skulle undvika att bli smittad, verkligen så bra service! Rummen var också väldigt rena och rymliga i övrigt. De hade också en market som tillhörde hotellet precis utanför, vilket var nice om man behövde köpa vatten så slapp man bära på det långt.

Duschen och handfatet krånglade till och från, man behövde ha på båda för att vattnet skulle funka.

It’s okay for it’s price but the bathroom was really outdated and the shower was not working properly.

The location is very good, you are right in the middle of the action and close to the beach. The staff is exceptionally friendly, always present and trying to help. For this top location, the price is actually good.

The basic standards (smell, clean laundry, stable network) are currently unfortunately not met. A lot of construction work is currently taking place, which unfortunately was not communicated in advance. The bed sheets were stained, dirty, and smelled musty upon my arrival. When I addressed this, the bed was remade with significantly fresher sheets. Both the electricity and the Wi-Fi failed partially due to the construction work. The water in the bathroom unfortunately smelled extremely unpleasant. Breakfast was only available from 12:00 PM onwards I also received a downgrade for the first night due to construction work, but I was paid back the difference. You have to be lucky with the ocean view. From the 1st floor, you can hardly see anything.
