It's located just on the beach, front view. Good breakfast.

The cleaning is very superficial, the toilet stink a lot, the wc wasn't clean.

really close to the sea you can hear the waves at night breakfast was nice and fresh staff is really friendly and helpful really close to warung segara, small fish restaurant on the sea, cheap and very good

AC didn’t work perfectly bathroom is really really basic and the shower is just a hose on the wall in front of the toilet (hot water arrives after a few minutes) one of the two pillows wasn’t good you need to rent a scooter otherwise it’s 30min walk from the main beach to do the snorkeling the view of the sea is a little bit hidden by trees so you don’t really see it from the balcony

It was perfect for what it was. A clean homestay, greta price and location and very friendly staff. Will come again.

Really nice place! The staff are very friendly and super accomdating, they helped us with arranging different things in Amed. Clean room, fresh towels, comfortable bed, aircon and hot water. Good location on the beach and close to the main hub of Amed. Amazing breakfast with lots of choices, all cooked fresh. We even got given a welcome drink on arrival. Would highly recommend.

There is a dark and smelly alleyway to the homestay which did get flooded when it rained, so it was difficult to get to and from the place. Also, we had a little miscommunication about the price of the snorkel equipment so we felt like we over paid.

It's a very nice place with lovely service. The room didn't feel the cleanest and the wifi worked from time to time.
