Very clean Free tea and coffee nice breakfast room nice atmosphere in the house and room

bit noisy, on the street not on the beach, also no beach view as expected staff could be more helpful bed and blanket should really be improved. No comfortable matress and no cotton. Blanket way to big and thick

I chose this hotel because I wanted to avoid the busy city center, and it was a perfect choice. The hostel is located just by the seaside. There are local eateries, seafood restaurants, and Seven-Eleven within walking distance. No noise except for chirping of birds, which was nice, and occasional dog barking, which didn't bother me at all. The room was spacious with good air conditioner. The bathroom was clean and nicely arranged with good water pressure for shower. Really great value for the price. I left my shirt hanging in the dresser by accident. But the owner was super kind to contact me and offered to send it to the hotel I stayed after Hua Hin. I got it before my departure to my country. Kind and considerate owner. Very good location. Nice room. Couldn't ask for anything more!

So pleased I found this little place. Both hosts were wonderful and so helpful and welcoming. Spacious super-clean room, nice bathroom with large shower cubicle and plenty of hot water Toiletries, coffee and water provided and more downstairs I required. Just a few metres from the beach and a couple of nice restaurants just outside on road. I only had an overnight stop but will stay again in future.

It is a few steps from the beach, next to a nice restaurant and a nice café. The bed was comfortable, the room is large with space to hang or store clothes and shelves to hold stuff. Can rent a scooter at the restaurant a few doors down. We communicated with the owner through Google translate and she was very helpful.

It would have been easier if they spoke some English.

Great location right by the beach and within walking distance to Khao Takiab. Nice private table / seating area by the water. Room very clean with cute but tasteful decorations. Very quiet. Few people around. No barking dogs. Very nice lady that helped me check in.

Be careful with monkeys outside.
