Great location, close to restaurants and public houses. Self contained apartment with bathroom and good shower. Cookies and fruit was a nice touch also.

I agree with the approach taken to use no plastic wherever possible. The room was so clean and bright, and little details had been carefully thought out.

The boiler in the room below made the room too hot for my liking, probably not an issue in the real winter months. The stairs were steep, but had a good banister.

Nothing bad to say here..Great value for money...Easy to find...Very snug and modern room near to all Hornsea has to offer..Come back here for sure..

Excellent accommodation attached to a family home with little extras that elevated my stay. A fridge for fresh milk and cold water, fruit and home made biscuits in the room and even a cafetière for fresh coffee. Although situated next to a main road, the room was very well insulated, so there was minimal noise and I had a great nights sleep. Everything is spotless, the bed is extremely comfortable and the hosts respect your privacy but are very willing to help if you need anything. How nice to have decent shampoo and shower gel and a private entrance to come and go. Within minutes from shops, restaurants, a wine bar and several pubs as well as a circular walk from the Hayloft around the town to and along the beach nearby- well worth a look if you stay here! Parking is free and right outside the property. Excellent value for money and highly recommended for comfort, convenience and the care the owners have put into making guests happy.

The Hayloft was comfortable, very clean had everything you would need as well as ' proper' coffee, not instant. Reasonably priced with very helpful owners. Would recommend.
