The aesthetics of the hotel matched my expectations. The facilities has to improve a little more then the stay will be exceptional.

AC was leaking and washroom had to be more clean.

Room was good with all amenties

They were compelling me to check out at 10 am ,whereas my booking says its at 12pm

This hotel is perfectly placed for exploring the old town. Rooms are well appointed and are as described, are large, they are really comfortable. The staff are amazing and communication starts before you arrive with a welcome email that even provides what you should expect as pricing for autos from airport and station. The view from our room and restaurant is wonderful. The food is also extremely good.
