Kenting Chingshan Inn

Seems to be a family-run BnB. The staff is very helpful and friendly. She recommended a great restaurant and arranged snorkeling for us (and even drove us there). I saw some reviews complaining about the wet shower (no divider with toilet/sink area). Personally, I think it makes sense because you're tracking sand into the bathroom and it would be hard to rinse the sand off the floor, otherwise. Breakfast is delivered to the room but we ate it on the large public balcony. Location is convenient to beach (across the street) and night market. I liked that she left sunblock on the foyer for guests to use when they're heading out, next to a stack of clean towels. Overall, a nice stay with a very considerate proprietor.

Please note that there is no lift but it's not a lot of stairs (we did it many times). Also the rooms do not have a balcony overlooking the beach, if that's what your looking for.

A more basic room than I was expecting, with a wet room but comfy beds. Fantastic staff. The front desk isn’t always staffed so if we had any issues we would have to message on booking.com. Fantastic location for the beach, the night market and the Kenting Shuttle bus. Breakfast was basic but delicious, and delivered warm to the room. The outside shared balcony was nice to breakfast on. We were amazed we managed to find a room once we discovered it was a bank holiday and there was a music festival on!

Not very sound proof, no lift.

Very good location and nice environment

The person at the reception was very nice and the room was nicely decorated. It was quiet and there was a terrace where we could enjoy our breakfast.

The bathroom is not well designed because there is no separation between the toilet bowl and the shower.

I loved this room. It was cute and cozy. You cant see the beach from your window but it is right across the street. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and brought to my room. I wish i could have stayed longer!

It was clean, the location was easy to access by public transport (Kenting Express shuttle bus stop is at 5 min walking from the hotel) and the breakfast was awesome! Great job !

I stayed 2 nights and unfortunately the last night was super noisy, kids and adults shouting in the corridor. Although the rules prohibit noise from 10pm until 6am, it has not been respected.
