"Nice apartment with garden (suggested for Messe Düsseldorf by car)"

Martin is a very kind host: we found everything as expected, cozy bedrooms with comfy beds, clean bathroom, nice shared daytime area.. Apartment easy to reach by car with free parking space nearby. Quiet neighborhood, a couple restaurants and bakeries at walking distance, short and easy drive to Messe Düsseldorf which was our destination. Too bad we had no time to enjoy the backcourt garden!

If you're taller than 1,85m (6ft) you might wanna watch out for low ceiling in the bedrooms/bathroom.

"Relaxing for both kids and parents."

The house and garden were amazing, true zen feeling. Our kids loved the trampoline and we the diversity in plants and the garden chill couch.

Very good location, closed to fairs in Dusseldorf. Martin is a very good and friendly host. I reccomend his apartament!

"Perfect for business trip"

The place is great to stay with business partners. Martin is a great guest and has everything figured out to welcome us anytime. We shared the space with some other hosts but the place is very well organized so it felt convenient. We went there for the Prowein fair and Messe Dusseldorf is easily accesible from the apartment. Thank you again Martin.

It's a little humid on the basement, but it's very light no not that much an inconvenient.
