Beautiful gardens

Breakfast was timely and exactly as ordered. Staff and owners were cooperative, friendly and efficient at all times. The grounds and gardens of the property were a delight with a huge range of plants, flowers and trees, all clearly named and labelled. A comprehensive library of Assamese and English books came as a surprise. The maintenance and cleanliness of rooms and gardens are a tribute to the diligence and commitment of owners and staff.

We hope that the property doesn't change in any way and will undoubtedly visit again

The location is quaint, the property is beautiful for just walking around and taking in nature. Rural charm, clean and functional rooms, friendly and prompt staff. We had a great stay for a great price.

A very pleasant stay and very helpful staff

The staff was helpful, courteous with making arrangements related to staying and accommodating local travel related bookings at manageable rates. The meal for dinner was simple and good, had a homecooked feel to it

The location is in a very secluded place that does not have an easy access to public transport. One needs to walk at least 1.5km to get any local transport. As a result, any booking for taxi or auto rickshaw charges a lot more than the regular fare just for travelling 1.5 km inside the road to reach the location. It is an economical and reasonable stay if you have access to your own transport For ₹800/night, it is reasonable for 1-2 days stay but they could also do a bit better if they can increase quantity of breakfast, allow to give 2 eggs for a complimentary breakfast. Not recommended for solo or leisure travel, can be considered if one is coming for business needs

A relaxed, expansive setting. Amidst manicured flower and vegetable gardens, the well appointed rooms show attention to details. Plastics are avoided, the quality of consumables like shampoo sachets and tea bags was top notch. The home style food was very well cooked. Some delightful conversations with the hosts rounded off the evenings.

Need a few heavy duty coat/jacket hangers. If there is a way to keep the bathroom dry after a shower, that will be helpful.
