The landscape and ambience is tastefully done. The gardens, selection of plants that too with name tag Identification added extra happiness. Food and services demands appreciation. A visit, stay and walk on the well laid out path along its poolside in the property was very very relaxing. The owners need to be given high appeciation for their creativity in the project.

Room Plumbing needs extra attention.

The place was green, serene and beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The vegetables were all home-grown, so food was delicious and healthy. I particularly loved the home-made mango pickle. My family and I had a great stay in Bononi.

The host family is charming and welcoming. All the staff is friendly and perfectly well mannered. The room is spotless clean, even the ceiling fan and windows, it's a rare find. Loved sitting in the beautiful gardens. We also ate their tasty lunch meal everyday. We would definitely come here again. Thank you for treating us so well 🙏

Excellent stay in Jorhat

Clean accommodation, very hospitable hosts and lovely garden.

Great food. Beautiful garden. Helpful staff.

Everything was perfect. Place is not walkable distance from town or restaurants. But food here is excellent, so no need to go out.

The grounds…absolutely beautiful

The mattress and small pillows were hard as a rock and made for a very unpleasant night. Took forever to fall asleep. Also the blanket had a strong musty smell. Even the mattress and pillows in the deluxe rooms were the same quality as in the standard rooms.

Helpful owners. Good food. Beautiful peaceful gardens where they grow their vegetables. We were very lucky to be there the weekend of a wedding with the groom and his family staying at Bononi. The very friendly family invited us to one of the wedding ceremonies.

Not surprisingly at this price the shower was in the middle of the bathroom with no curtain or door. The meals are served in an open-air space with a roof and two sides and no heat. It was cold at dinner as I should have expected. I should have brought an additional warm layer for January.

Lovely welcome from the owners, a comfortable room with a kettle. Very peaceful garden and location. The food was delicious and included vegetables fresh from the garden.

As the publicity shows, it is out of town, which means a walk or a lift, but it makes for a very good night's sleep and don't let that put you off.
