地點好，羅東夜市走路3分鐘就到。大門門禁用密碼方便。住宿基本用品齊全。

使用單包裝沐浴用品，用量要控制。一樓進入後，要先走一個頗長的樓梯上樓之後才有電梯。

空間大，離夜市很近

床太小，是標準雙人床，住那麼多通常飯店都是雙人加大，這次卻是標準雙人床，快煮壺沒有做好清潔，裝水沖洗既然有泡麵渣跑出跟一個小黑塊，浴室沒防滑墊，有小孩住很危險⚠️，容易滑倒，停車位更是最生氣的，合作的立體停車場都是要排隊等很久的，離民宿最近的TImes停車場卻沒合作，白白停一夜花了一千多停車費，只能認賠，只怪自己沒看清，帶著小孩就很不方便了，還要排隊等車位，又要帶著行李跟孩子下雨天走去飯店，真的很不方便
