the owner uncle are very much friendly. small dry kitchen area provided for tea/coffee making. please bring own toiletries as this is dorm stay.

"Don't get scammed by the pictures"

Nothing

Everything. It's a old house. One old couple stays here. The picture doesn't match with the reality. The rooms are on the first floor. Stairs too narrow for old people or people having luggage. Rooms not cleaned. Do not go with pictures shared as this is just opposite of the reality. Non refundable payment in case you changed ur mind. The location is of the residential area not in the beach side.
