A female solo traveller - The stay was great for me ,not only because the staff (Varghese bhaiyya) was so kind and welcoming, , I really appreciated the Owner Satish who was in touch throughout the Trip to make sure the stay was comfortable for me. The room was spacious enough and well maintained and clean. it had a small roof attached which was the highlight for me ,as I could just sit there for hours and enjoy some hot tea. For food Varghese bhaiya made sure if Swiggy or zomato did not work he would go and get it himself for the Guest ( charged a very minimal amount for the pickup which was a very fair amount) The wifi connection was good. Small grocery shops were just 1-2 mins away for basic stuff. All the main attraction where 2-2.5 kms away so access to different locations and market was very easy and even majority of the famous food joints were nearby. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there as it was a quiet neighborhood in the midst of Greenery a perfect place to just relax and unwind without the hustle bustle noise around,will definitely go again for a workcation very soon. Also Vargese Bhaiya had an auto which was a boon for me as I had to catch a late bus and he dropped me to the bus stop safely ( again charged a very minimal amount for the same ) thanks for a great stay

The place is very nice and the caretaker Auto Verghese is very helpful. He can get you home food for breakfast, make awesome tea and also take you around in his tuk tuk to sight seeing places. The view from the property is very nice. The owner Mr.Kutappa is also very friendly and helpful.

For people who don't have their own vehicle, this place could be a little inconvenient logistically but Varghese could solve that problem.

I stayed here with my family for a couple of days, the place is well maintained and priced reasonably. Its just 5 mins from the Madikeri centre. Our caretaker Mr. Ganesh took care of us very well and the food we ordered here were of great taste. Highly recommended and budget friendly place to stay in Madikeri.

The owner and the host are amazing people. The premise is quite peaceful and clean. Pro tips: 1. The host Ganesh is also an amazing cook. So don't forget to try some Coorg+Mangalore cuisine from the host's kitchen. I bet you will love it. (Recommended: Kodava Chicken Curry, Thava Fish , rice toti etc)
