Very modern and clean

The staff were absolutely wonderful! They helped us plan our whole time in munnar. The accommodation was lovely, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Unbelievable value for money.

Not a massive problem but dinner had to be ordered 2 hours beforehand. There also aren’t any other cafes/restaurants within walking distance.

Excellent staff, very helpful and friendly. A very warm welcome when we arrived. The setting was amazing. Sounds of the forest and if you are lucky monkeys around at breakfast. Our hotel looks the best hotel in the area. I would highly recommend a stay. Our only downside was that we were only here for 2 nights, wish we had longer. Thank you

A truly delightful stay. Mukesh and his team—Jerry and Anathu—were exceptionally warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure everything was comfortable and hassle-free. Their hospitality made the experience feel personal and genuinely pleasant from the very start. Breakfast was the highlight—fresh, delicious, and generously served. Each morning meal was thoughtfully prepared, full of flavor, and a great way to start the day. Cleanliness was impeccable, with every corner maintained to a high standard, reflecting great attention to detail and pride in their work. What truly sets this place apart is the consistency in service and care. It doesn’t just meet expectations—it exceeds them and absolutely deserves far more recognition.

It was our second stay at K Mansion, and I love everything about this place. First of all – the people: the manager, the reception staff, and the breakfast team – all are attentive, genuine, open, and helpful. We came back because of that, and during our second stay we felt at home again. Whenever I asked about something, I felt that they truly cared, took the time to think, and genuinely wanted to help – not just out of duty. I also really like the rooms – they are comfortable, clean, spacious, and tastefully designed. It's great that someone thought about installing mosquito nets, so you can sleep while listening to the sounds of nature without the risk of being bitten by mosquitoes. The night sounds create a beautiful orchestra, especially with the windows open to nature. I love the food – it's delicious and plentiful. I already recommended K Mansion to our friends and they also loved it!

Great rooms, incredibly helpful staff. It's a bit far off, but we got great activities organised to a reasonable price. Breakfast was good, dinner excellent and very cheap. It was in fact that good, that we decided to have all our dinners there. The offered half-day trekking tour was excellent. Saying that, please have in mind, that a medium level of fitness is required. Also the scenic tour was worth it.

Nothing to do with the hotel itself. The nearby Cinnamon Gardens are super interesting if you want to see how different herbs and spices grow. They are also pushing to shop though and prices are much higher than elsewhere.

The showers are exceptional here. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The staff are very hospitable and friendly, and helped us with any questions we had. Their in house food was great. We had fun playing pool upstairs. We loved our view looking out onto the balcony!

They’re off the main road and unfortunately right now there’s a lot of construction while the road is getting worked on. Other than this, very happy with our stay.
