Criston Home stay

ホストのご夫婦が温かく迎えてくれて安心。男女同室のドミトリーの部屋は小さいけど清潔。早朝出発のためのタクシーを手配してくれて、朝5時にもかかわらずお父さんがお見送りしてくれた。

ドミトリーなのでエアコンの温度設定が難しい。女性は個室が安心だと思う。トイレ、シャワーの排水が詰まりやすい。

Après 3 mois passés dans les homestay d'est en ouest de l'Inde, Criston home reste le meilleur accueil de tous. Nos hôtes ont pris vraiment soin de nous (les petits-déjeuners sont fabuleux) et même aidés à soigner une déshydratation délicate à gérer, Merci à eux encore. Vincent et Corinne

Je n'ai pas eu droit a l'accueil chaleureux décrit dans la plupart des commentaires mais cet homestay est cependant une bonne adresse : propre, bien équipé, dans un quartier calme, literie confortable avec lumière et prise individuelles.

Les gérants n'y peuvent rien mais il y avait un somnambule dans mon dortoir cette nuit-là et c'était un peu flippant 😂. Petit déjeuner très basique

L'accoglienza dei proprietari, la gentilezza della signora e della figlia che ci preparavano una buona colazione alla mattina. La bella terrazza fuori dalla stanza con vista lago.

Unica pecca la distanza dal centro che necessitava di un tuk tuk per spostarsi ogni volta Anche se la proprietaria era più che disponibile a prenotare i trasferimenti per noi.

Visiting Madurai as a tourist is not really straightforward, believe me. I wouldn't have liked it that much if it wasn't for Nirmala and her super cosy homestay. We were always sure she would be helping us with any issues, her breakfasts were delicious and the quietness of the position, slightly aside from the city centre, made the noise absolutely bearable.

The room was very clean and the host was super helpful. The property is about 4 km from Meenakshi temple but if you take an uber or a tuk tuk, you'll be there in no time. Also, there's a really nice vegan restaurant close to the homestay called Amuthasurabi Veg Restaurant, do go there!
