Wendy was a lovely host, she gave good info about where to go in area and bus services. Breakfast was wonderful. A lot of thought has been given to ensuring guests have all they need for a comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful stay! Wendy is such a lovely and thoughtful host – she welcomed us warmly and even allowed us to check in early when we arrived ahead of schedule. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and beautifully served. The location is peaceful and residential, just a pleasant 20–25 minute walk to the town centre and close to the beach. We couldn’t have asked for more!

The bed was so comfy and there was everything you needed at hand.

There was no just coffee sachets, but had a normal coffee with my breakfast.

"Quiet and comfortable"

Very clean & tidy, but homely and comfortable. Wendy was so welcoming and very chilled. She covered everything we needed to know and liked that she just left you to it! Half an hour walk in to town or bus stop is 5 mins round the corner.

Wasn’t a problem for me at all but Wendy has a very sweet well behaved dog, which didn’t bark at all when we came in at night. I booked a while ago and hadn’t realised breakfast was included. We’d already made plans so didn’t get to try but it looked ideal!

i liked that the area was quiet and the onlt thing you could hear were the seagulls. Cosy room and very relaxing. Exactly what i needed!!!

I was not sure about sharing a toilet/bathroom. Turns out it was not bad. Definetely didn't make me not want to stay there. The fact that the house was so cozy and Wendy was lovely and very hospitable made me oversee the bathroom sharing bit!

Wendy's house was very clean, amazing breakfast she provided for us, and very welcoming. Will definitely go back . It was very quiet and very close the location to Margate only 5 minutes by car.

Lovely welcome. Cozy and comfortable home. The breakfast was really tasty. The owner played with our dogs and was super friendly. This gave us a little break as we were getting ready. Very kind and welcoming. Would definitely recommend as a wonderful host.

If pushed for a comment… the pillows were a little soft for me but that’s a personal preference as I have a back issue. I could have mentioned this before and didn’t. My mother was very happy with them! So not really a criticism at all.
