Es war sehr sauber. Man konnte die Unterkunft in 5 Minuten, wenn nicht sogar weniger, von der Bahnhaltestelle aus erreichen. Jedoch dauert der Weg nach Berlin knapp eine Stunde.

Die Kommunikation hätte besser sein können. Auf meine Chat Nachrichten im Portal, SMS und Emails wurde nie geantwortet. Mir wurden auch mehrere Telefonnummern mitgeteilt, wo ich das Gefühl hatte, dass teils veraltete Informationen bei waren.

Alles lief reibungslos. Die Einrichtung hat einen sauberen Eindruck gemacht. Die Betten waren gut und das Zimmer ordentlich. Wir waren für eine Nacht dort und würden wieder buchen.

Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden.
