Lovely room with comfortable bed and large shower. No AC but large fan which did the job. Turtle point Beach across the road.Right next to main road so easy access to tuk tuks.

Very limited communal area to socialise , just a small space with 2 chairs in between the stairs and the rooms, so not a good place to connect with other travellers. Host was friendly but hardly saw him. It felt like I was renting a room as opposed to being hosted. Very reasonable price though, so I would still say good value for money. Go to the place next door for great coffee, food and more social vibes.

Amazing place with super friendly host Assi and his family. They always can help you with any questions. Very good location,a little away from noisy Mirissa centre, the best beach without waves across the road, when you can snorkelling with turtles. Breakfasts was delicious and various. The room is big, with desk, when I could work. It’s without AC, only fan, but for me it’s not a problem. Best price ratio quality.

Lovely people, very nice and kind host, great breakfast, perfect located location

I booked a room with balcony and it was wonderful to sit out there in the mornings having breakfast. Owner -Aisee- and his mum and dad are lovely people. Breakfast was different every morning, during my 5days I was served avocado&egg toast, rolled pancakes with sweet filling, donut, coconut filled bread and always hioppies, fruit plate and strong black coffee. Perfect start to the day. Across the road is Coconut Hill and because it’s so near, I was lucky to arrive for a sunrise session all by myself. 5 min walk to Slow Resort, vegan restaurant, cool ambiance, nice cocktails and very generous staff, letting you enjoy the property right by the water. 10min walk to the long stretched Mirissa Beach. Returning back in the evening to this very friendly guesthouse made every day perfect! Thank you Aisee (probably wrong spelling but that’s how I remembered your name ‘I see 😁’ Your kindness and hospitality is 10points!

Staff super friendly! The room was super big, bathroom was ok-ish. Close to the beach, you can see the sea from the balcony in the distance.

It's a bit noisy at night because it's close to the main street.

Super friendly host. A nice welcome king coconut. Great location close to the beach. Great breakfast, one of the best we had in Sri Lanka. Comfy bed with mosquito net. Very pleasant hot shower. Great value for money.

No AC in our room although there is a ceiling fan. Just something to bare in mind.
