Marly and her staff are incredible. They went over and above looking after us and made sure my daughters were happy and felt at home. Summerfield is a stunning place to stay, the rooms are really spacious, the breakfasts incredible. Thank you for hosting us Marly!

"Excellent Homestay very close to the beach."

Everything was to like, Marli and Ita were very hospitable and provided breakfast each morning. The room was very clean and comfortable for a week, felt like home :) They gave me a Bike to take, lots of help with directions and organised airport transfers. Food was very good price for the week and homestyle cooking.

Nothing - everything was perfect.

"Modern and lovingly designed homestay with some room for improvement"

The owner (Marly) and her husband were very nice and helpful. Marly speaks good English and can therefore also give tips. One feels very warmly welcomed, which makes the stay pleasant. The decor is bright and friendly and we had two terraces by the room, all for ourselves. The food was also OK. Right next door is conveniently a laundry.

The loudspeakers of the mosque are only two houses away. At the latest at 4 o'clock you are awake because of the prayers. Although the rooms are tastefully decorated and large, there is no storage space to put suitcases/backpacks or to hang clothes over a chair. Because of the name "Summerfield Homestay and Cafe" we would have expected the opprtunity for a delicious coffee and a snack in the afternoon.
