I recently stayed at the Blue Bridge Homes homestay in Port Blair. The location was great—just a few minutes' walk to the Cellular Jail, the Marine Park, and beach. The folks running the homestay were very helpful and provided a lot of information. They even helped us get to and from the airport, provided drivers for all our local travel, and served breakfast early so we could get to the jetty on time. The view from the terrace is great - we enjoyed a wonderful sunrise there!

The hotel is still work-in-progress, so lot of things are yet to come up.

The good things are - 1. Staff 2. View

There was no lift but my room was on 4th floor , the doors are not working properly. Anyone who will stay solo will face problems..

Close to Cellular Jail, Aberdeen Bazaar, Ross Island Ferry point, Phoenix Bay Jetty, etc

Preference was not given to the guest who had come earlier in the matter of allotting of rooms. That seemed very unprofessional.

Spacious room suitable for 4-6 people with 2 bathrooms

Service can be better

Excellent location, very close to Aberdeen market with access to lots of restaurants. Beautiful view of the coast and sunrise. Walkable distance to Cellular jail, Jetty to Ross Island and water sports park. Rooms are very spacious and suitable for families or large groups travelling together. Ideal stay for longterm or for one night transits between islands. Staff is very helpful with arranging cabs or autos.

No in-house food options, although you can get food delivered. No elevator so challenging for people who have difficulty climbing if you get rooms on upper floors.
