Very clean hotel with elevator. Friendly staff. Private water heater in each room. Every request was fulfilled (extra blanket, rooms close to each other)

Shower was not working property, was hard to switch between tap and shower head. Toilet paper was missing, we had to ask twice for it. Heater in the room did not look safe. Overall would definitely recommend this hotel in amritsar.

24 hour reception, proximity to centre of town and golden temple, safe residential area, spacious room, good and prompt service by staff, lift in the building.

Room wasn’t heated so we asked for and got a portable heater but it wasn’t enough for such a big room with 4 adults. Bathroom light was very dim and geyser took long time to heat. Cleanliness can be improved. We asked for the room to be cleaned and could still find hair and dirt in the corners. Kitchen area also needs to be better cleaned, microwave was quite dirty.

The staff was excellent in service and in hospitality, I must mention Raj the desk manager who did an excellent job with all my inquiries and making sure any questions or concerns where dealt with to my desires Abishek the evening receptionist was also great, as was the two working staff who kept me supplied with endless supply of coffee. I also met the owner a young know gentleman who is clearly motivated with customer service. I hope to use this hotel again for my next visit and will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Customer service and local amenities was perfect for my needs, medical store, food restaurant and convenience stores as well as some toy shops.
