Very beautiful and confortable room. The view seemed amazing too but the weather was too foogy to enjoy it. The owner was very helpful and nice.

A bit far from center

Location was a good 30 minute walk away from central Sapa. We appreciated being away from the noise and busyness of town. The views are gorgeous and it was lovely staying on the outskirts the city. Rooms were simple, but spacious. Staff were exceptional - so friendly and helpful. Food was brilliant, we ate two evening meals there as well as breakfasts.

Very cosy room with great views! A nice quiet location yet only a short walk from Sapa and the market. Staff was also very friendly and helpfull and they served tasty (partially home grown) food. Highly recommendable.

Would be nice to have a drinking water filling station so one doesn't have to buy (waste) yet more plastic bottles...

The lady owner is extremely kind and helpful. The location is just a little walk outside of Sapa, breakfast was good and there's a nice view.

If you are looking for a clean and quiet accomodation in Sapa look no further, this is it!  It took me a while to find a nice place I wanted to stay because a lot of the guesthouses/homestays/hostels in the center of Sapa have mold in the room/bathroom (filter for the negative reviews and you will read the horrorstories). This place was perfect. The room was spacious, had a fan, towels, and the bathroom was clean. Two options for breakfast (banana pancakes or noodles).  The owner speaks English very well and was so helpful arranging to bus to my next destination.  Highly recommend if you're looking for a nice place to stay in Sapa!

It a bit outside of town, about a 20-30min walk from the center (and a bit hilly) but it's definitely more quiet and you have a nice view.

Staff very helpful and extremely kind, good breakfast. The owners were great with their recommendations!

Mattress hard but you can ask to change it if you need. Expect noises from chickens, but at least they will wake you up in time for your trekking!

We were looked after very well here. They gave a great service and helped us with booking our trek in Sapa and onward bus. The room was excellent. A great place if you want to stay away from the noise of the main town. Very good value for money.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. We felt so relaxed waking up and eating breakfast with the nice view. Link was very hospitable, helped us book our trekking tour and organised transport to the bus station. This place is within walking distance of a fantastic pho restaurant (on the main road) where we ate dinner each night. I would 100% recommend Link Farmstay if you want something just out of town.

This was no issue for us but I feel it's worth mentioning for individuals with mobility issues - the walk into town is about 20-30 minutes and it is uphill. The slope can be steep and slippery on the last hundred metres (from the main road to the farmstay). Not a problem if you're planning on catching taxis or have good shoes and are fit.
