Well maintained, quiet, spacious

A quiet, lovely spot a short walk or drive away from Sidemen's amazing scenery. Gede and his family make you feel at ease and are very welcoming. The room was simple and clean, and the bathroom was great - the semi-outdoor shower offers views of the surrounding forest and the stars at night. Can't fault it, will come here again!

I had a wonderful stay at Chez Bisma. The family was so wonderful, kind and accommodating of my needs. The rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable, they cooked for me and even offered me to teach me how to ride a motorbike! I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for some peace and quiet. The location is also great - local Warungs are just a few minutes away, and it is located close to the Gembleng waterfall.

very lovely family and very comfortable house!

Piece of paradise! I wish we could have stayed longer with this lovely family, Gede and Bisma, together with their 4 children. From the first minute to the very last one, we have felt the warmth of their friendship, their generous sharing of the Balinese culture, their skills in cooking genuine, bio, tasty cuisine and their proudness of having built with their own hands a comfy, traditional though stylish and clean homestay. The place is quiet, far away from the nightlife, but close to nature, jungle, rice fields and the massive Agung volcano. WiFi works well, there is no A/C as it's already cool in the night, there is no need for a wake up alarm as the chickens will do the job! Gede is a recognised french guide, offers tours around the island as well as a wood lathe workshop allowing to make our own teak bowl. Thank you all!

This place looks quite new, very fresh towels and beddings, spotless clean, nice outside shower, motorbike in good price, breakfast included in the price (like everywhere - eggs or banana pancake), just 5 minutes by motorbike to Sideman center, great value for money.

Comfortable bed, cool outdoor shower in the jungle.

Very very poor cleaning. First thing I did when moving in was cleaning the floor myself with a wet towel. You practically live with a family with four young children, so no privacy
