Super clean, responsive attentive and friendly stuff. Very close to the beach. Everything in good working order. Comfortable.

Noise from farm animals in the mornings.There were at least 3 roosters living very close to this building. Make sure to take earplugs.

The proximity of the beach, the private terrace. The owner was really friendly and available :)

Some humidity traces in the bathroom

I loved this little Homestay/beach bungalow. Simple, clean, with everything you need like AC, kettle, fridge, central Amed location and nice caretakers.

Very cozy room and you can find everything you need. Location is good. You can’t really see it on the main road as it is right on the beach. The staff is lovely and very helpful, Wayan is the best!

Nothing major, the only I thing I would have liked to have is the hose next to the toilet

Good location. Central to town and beach. Wayan was a gem, she made everything so easy for us and we miss her smiling "good mornings". Highlight if the trip so far

Lots of construction around BUT we did come during low season and we expected this.

Clean, almost on the beach and all the cafes and atms are near. Nice bathroom. When you go to sleep you can hear the waves. Good WiFi. Nice patio

The breakfast was tasty and Wayan was very welcoming and responsive. The room was clean and well-maintained. You can hear the waves from the room. It is central so if you don't have a scooter it is easy to get to many popular restaurants and such in Amed.

We have stayed at many spots in Amed, and this was our least favorite location by far. It is right next to a shoving off point for fishing boats, and there is a loud diesel engine to tow them, which will be used at any time of day (including early in the morning). There are also many squealing pigs and crowing roosters to wake you in the morning. Although it is technically on the beach, there are other accommodations directly in front of the rooms, so only one of the three rooms has a view of the beach at all and that is at an angle and obscured by many fishing boats. The path to get from the parking on the street to the rooms is basically non-existent and a construction site. There are no lights so you will need to use your phone as a flashlight at night. Beware if it rains (which it does a lot in rainy season), as this path is also alongside salt-farming pits which become small ponds when it rains. After our first night, we wanted a blanket for the bed (there was only a top sheet), but all that was available was another top sheet.
