Everything was fine. Owner was kind and helpful And gave us suggestions what to do in Ella.

Lovely spot… so nice looking out through the flowers and branches at the river, both at the hotel and nearby riverside restaurants. The walk up to Ella through the fields and across little bridges was soooo yummy and connecting to the land, I loved it even at night, it captures the romance of Sri Lanka so much more than Ella itself. We also flagged down a short bus a couple times, was super cheap and comfy for when we had our luggage. We were happy with our huge bed, the good warm lighting in our lower floor room, good value breakfasts at flexible times, the quiet, and the warmth and helpfulness of our host; he gave us a good value tuk tuk contact, sorted us out with bus schedules, and helped when I left something behind. Will return next time we’re in Ella.

Comfortable bed and good facilities. Fast WiFi that didn't drop once. Good location, a pleasant walk through from Ella. Nearby temple and basic amenities.

The host gave some helpful tips on what to see around and how to get there.

The location was not convenient and we found it tricky to get tuk tuk there and back. It was quite noisey with traffic and people passing by. It was 4 of us staying in 2 different rooms but both beds were not comfortable. One bed in the room didn't have a proper mattress so my friends couldn't sleep at all. The general space could do with a freshen up of paint and clean up. The river is down below but there is no view to it. There is no kitchenette in the rooms like advertised and we didn't have towels. We were very shocked this was rating 9 as it is far from being Superb. Overall, this will suit people on a tight budget for a night or 2 but I wouldn't recommend. We had 3 nights booked and we left after the 2nd but wished we could have left after the 1st.

Really nice place, cozy room, good for the price. Wifi is perfect, toilet ok, and the staff is amazing. Nice breakfast available

Proprietario davvero gentile e disponibile. Per il prezzo richiesto la stanza è ok. Se non avete troppe pretese ed un basso budget, questa struttura fa per voi.
