Lovely place with a great view! The family who hosted us were lovely and helpful.

Ideale locatie, heel lieve hosts en een extreem uitgebreid ontbijt. Kamers waren heel proper.

Sehr offene, hilfsbereite und sympathische Gastfamilie- sehr reichhaltiges und feines Frühstück, Balkon zum Verweilen auf bequemen Sitzkissen mit traumhafter Aussicht, Wäscheservice möglich, super Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ❤️

Sehr ruhige und gleichzeitig zentrale Lage, saubere Zimmer und schöne Aussicht. Die beiden Gastgeber sind überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit, und es wird ein wunderbares, vielfältiges und frisch zubereitetes Frühstück angeboten (das beste Daal!). in jedem Zimmer steht ein Trinkwassertank zur Verfügung, so muss man nicht ständig Wasserflaschen kaufen - toller Extra-Service.

Im Badezimmer im ersten Stock hat es komisch gerochen, es wäre gut dies zu beheben.

The view out of your room really does look like the photos, it’s gorgeous. The room itself was very, very nice, very clean, and had great amenities like a mini fridge and water dispenser. We were incredibly happy here. Also great location, very close to the Main Street.

The bathroom was smelly at times, I think just due to drainage issues, but this didn’t affect how much we loved the place.

We stayed at Welcome Homestay and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean with comfortable beds, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. The terrace was especially nice—breezy and perfect to unwind, and overall it was very good value for money.

The only downside was the location on top of a hill, which meant a steep walk every time we returned, even though it’s very close to the center of Ella and the start of the main hikes.

The sunrise views of Ella Rock are lovely, with chipmunks and birds around you. Very clean and spacious studio with a kettle and mini fridge, plus comfortable beanbags on the balcony looking towards Ella Rock. Very relaxing stay.

Lots of stairs to access the studio, it was fine for us but neither of us have mobility difficulties.

Good for 1-2 nights to discover Ella! The view is great and also the bed was comfy, I had everything I needed. They also helped me organise a driver to my next stop and everyone was friendly. I was able to let my backpack there for a longer time that was also super nice! It’s a very central good location to go see little Adam’s peak and the nine arch bridge but also to explore the city centre of Ella, everything in a walkable distance (restaurants, shops, super markets). A sweet dog was always sleeping on the terrace :)

There is no A/C and the fan in my room was not working, but at the time I was there it was not super hot anyway. Although the location is great, it’s at the end of a very big hill and you also have to climb a lot of stairs which was fine for me but be aware if you have any problems with that :)
