Village Nest

My stay at this property in Ella was truly exceptional! The room was incredibly spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully organized. It had the added bonus of hot water, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast was not only delicious but also served with genuine care. The host and her father were incredibly helpful and accommodating, showing a deep understanding of their guests' needs. They even provided natural drinking water, which was of excellent quality. The view from the room was nothing short of spectacular, making every moment of my stay truly memorable. Without a doubt, if I ever find myself in Ella again, I will enthusiastically book this place once more.

Because the accommodation is a bit outside the city of Ella it’s really quiet through the night (except some dogs). The host is such a lovely ladies, who tries to make everything possible. The room is nice, there is even warm water, but because of the humidity the ceiling was a bit wet in our room. Great breakfast (Kontinental or Sri Lankan) is included. She arranged a tuktuk for us and we could’ve rented a scooter from them, but decided against it because of our driving skills. To sum it up - we would totally recommend staying here.

We stayed here for 1 night when visiting Ella, we wish we had time to stay longer. An amazing location with amazing views. This is a family run business and such lovely people which great hospitality. They were so welcoming and looked after us and were so friendly. Dinner was delicious as well as breakfast. The rooms were great looking out onto the mountains and there was a fan too keep the room cool. We will definitely be coming back here and recommending to family and friends.

I enjoyed staying here very much. I was welcomed with great warmth. The room I stayed in was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. The best part of the experience was meeting the family that runs this place. :)
