Green House

The green house is near the airport, ideal for short stays. It is located in the monitored area and is very safe as well as the area around. It is located in a quiet residential family-friendly area with many trees, small cafes and almost no traffic. The area is clean and the appartment is also modern and clean. The host Fernando is very nice and helpful, always in a good mood and calm. Fernando has a car and offers also a transfer from and to the airport, which is very convenient especially for a foreigner with limited knowledge of Spanish like myself.

The location of this stay was convenient to the airport, we weren't quite sure of the safety of the neighborhood but the building and condo were secure. The communication with our host was very good; he even allowed us to check in much earlier in the day and was unavailable to meet us, but had his mother show us around and let us in (there was a language barrier, but we made it work).

The host was eager to help us with transportation to/from the airport as advertised, however, this was not a reliable option. He alerted us 2hrs before we landed that his vehicle was not working and asked we take an uber from the airport, on the return we had an early flight and confirmed he would drive us in the morning but in the morning there was no communication and we ended up getting another uber after waiting for him to respond to us like agreed upon the night prior. We really enjoyed our other communication with this host, but I would not rely on him for transportation.

Great stay as for that price, the host is very attentive & takes care of everything including airport pickup. Mind that it is still in the Calleo neighbourhood so it has a bit of a dense vibe and there is music playing at night but still it is a comfy state as for one night to have the airport nearby.

Conveniently located near the airport in a large residential complex with a number of small eateries and kiosks around. Fernando was friendly and exceptionally helpful with pick up and drop off (even for a very early flight). Room simple but clean. Super fast wifi.

A little noisy but nice sound of a busy residential area. No safety concerns whatsoever.

The accommodation is comfortable, the shared bathroom clean and Fernandos (the host), is helpful and friendly. We rebooked this place after the first good experience - great for a quick overnighter between trips (close to the airport and Fernandos can provide transfer at a reasonable rate).
