Baba Luru's

I stayed in a female dorm room and there were no bunk beds, but two simple beds which I really appreciated. We were only two girls in one room. There are two other rooms like that on the ground floor so in total 6 girls in 3 rooms. (And then there are the double rooms upstairs.) This way the vibe is really chill, absolutley not like a crowded hostel where they want to fit in as many people as possible in a tiny space. Feels more like a little community where people can mingle if they choose to but also have their own space (even though they stay in shared rooms). Keegan is a gracious & flexible host, a relaxed and fun guy. He clearly enjoys his job and makes his guests feel welcome. The doggies are fun as well ;)

L'ambient és molt agradable, tranquil i ideal di t'agraden els animalets. Les habitacions son amplies i hi ha espais comuns per si tens ganes fe socialitzar. Moltes gràcies!

Keegan est top, très gentil. On se sent comme à la maison avec les petits chiens, le rooftop où on peut se poser tranquille. Possibilité de faire des cours de yoga. La plage est à 15 min à pieds 👌🏼 des petits restaurants juste à côté. Il y a une des bonnes vibes 😎 Je suis même restée une nuit de plus !

I had the best stay in India!! such a nice and chilled place, i stayed in an appartement with 3 other girls, we shared a kitchen and a living room. it felt like home. the rooftop is cozy and perfect for yoga and chilling. Keegan is an amazing host and the dogs are super cuuteee!! thanks a lot 🫶🏼

A wonderful and homely stay where you could relax, take free yoga sessions on the communal rooftop space and get to know other fellow travellers. Keegan has done an amazing job at rescuing several dogs who also welcome you into the pack, along with Suzie the wonderful housecleaner and the volunteer there.

The occasional power cut which is not the fault of the accommodation, but it did mean having to sleep in unbearable temperatures. Although not a hostel, but a co-living space, I did find that a lack of clarity on rules for the stay meant some guests took liberties in not cleaning up after themselves, not considering others they were sharing rooms with and general noise levels. Maybe setting these would help maintain harmony and consideration towards others.

Far from the beach.

Wij hebben ons verblijf hier als heel warm en fijn ervaren. Alles straalt vriendelijkheid uit en je merkt hoeveel liefde er in deze plek is gestopt. De geadopteerde straathonden en de geiten die verzorgd worden geven het geheel een mooi, betrokken gevoel. De rustige vibe en de yogalessen in de ochtend maakten ons verblijf extra bijzonder. Dit is echt een plek voor mensen die rust en vriendelijkheid waarderen — geen luidruchtige sfeer, maar een plek om op te laden. Een echte aanrader.
