WAH TEJA HOMESTAY

Staff were brilliant, bringing us breakfast to our balcony every morning (really tasty breakfast!). We had omelettes and also banana pancakes which were amazing. Comfy, clean and cosy room.

We had some issues with the air con, but think it might have been related to the Bali powercut that occurred as we arrived.

The host was very nice, accommodating, attentive, and welcoming. the homestay was very close to many attractions, and the gardens were very beautiful and well-maintained. Breakfasts served on the patio overlooking the property were good, the banana pancakes were exceptional. The owner was very responsive via email even before we got there. She arranged two tours for us that were great and reasonably priced. The bed was quite comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great. The location was ideal for walking to Ubud Palace, Water Gardens, Markets, and shops. There is no lift to the second floor, so if there are mobility issues, request a first floor location.

The shower was a little primitive but very clean, and hot and cold waters worked great.

The owner is a sweetheart. She accommodated all my needs and requests. I was not feeling well the first days and she went out of her way to help me heal. The rooms are spacious and bed comfortable. WiFi - spotless (could teach my online sessions with zero problems) and the AC is an amazing add on.

Amazing value for money! Very kind attentive hostess, breakfast so good with some options to choose from, tea and coffee available all the time. Very good location but not noisy. And very affordable! Good AC and bed.

Large bathroom but shower was not separate, the whole bathroom was wet.

Very nice homestay with very kind owners who enjoy cooking you breakfast. Room is comfortable with a porch, garden and the location very near to all amenities in Ubud. Great stay and highly recommended especially for an authentic balinese stay.

I liked the friendly hostess and her lovely breakfasts on the porch overlooking the garden.. I liked my private room with bathroom and I loved the aircon. I liked the centrality of the location in the hustle and bustle.
