the owners are very nice and welcoming, the room is big and the bed is comfortable, breakfast is really nice with lots of options between local food like fried rice or eggs and toast. the location is in the middle of Ubud about 5 min walk to the palace.

"Overrated"

Clean and comfortable enough stay in a traditional family home. The owners were lovely.

A little overrated. The room was a bit tired and I would have liked a cover on the duvet. Very little privacy. The caged birds made me sad.

Wonderful hotel. In the historical center of the city.  However, the hotel is quiet. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The hotel is very beautiful.  The room is spacious.  The room is clean, pleasant, unusual for the equator, coolness.  No mosquitoes. Fabulously beautiful carved doors and windows.  In cloudless weather, mountains can be seen from the terrace in the distance.  Partially visible volcano Agung in the distance. Also, with a clear sky, very beautiful sunrises and sunsets, moonrise. Not far from the hotel is a quiet but beautiful street jalan Hanoman with many different shops. Monkey forest and also a good grocery supermarket COCO. I definitely recommend.

"Amazing budget stay in Ubud."

Comfortable bed, beautiful and quiet location. close to everything. And no mosquitoes!! Was nice to sleep with the cool breeze at night. The room had an awesome view and hosts looked after us well! 100% would recommend.

"Nothing extraordinary"

If you like to have windows and doors open for fresh air to come in, this is not the room for you. It is at the entrance of the house so everybody passes by and sees through. The place is overrated. It is just a room to spend the night at the main entrance. Nothing extraordinary.

Towels were smelly.

so peaceful, staff and others on the property sooo friendly, breakfast fabulous. and all for $19? absolute value for money. an exceptional Ubud experience for the everyday budget traveller!

The staffs are lovely and helpful, location is perfect, the room is big, the bed was comfortable

It was a good stay, just the bathroom gets full wet when you shower.
