Lokalizacja obiektu na skraju lasu. Jest dosyć daleko od wsi co przekłada się na brak dymów z ogrzewania drewnem domów w Zubercu i czystym powietrzem. Na miejscu możliwość pieszych spacerów po lesie. Duży, komfortowo urządzony apartament. Przestronna kuchnia i stołówka z przeszklonymi ścianami i widokiem na góry i las. Po dużych opadach śniegu bajkowe widoki. Niedaleko (ok. 400m) hotel Tatrawest gdzie można wykupić obiady, oczywiście oprócz obiadów w restauracji w Zubercu.
