Good value for the money, relatively clean, great location. Nice people.

Since the room has open windows that you can’t close it’s quite noisy especially because their are energetic kids playing and screaming around starting at 6/7 am. But in the night it was quite calm. There is no soap.

The people

Not hot water , there are kids making noise really early if you want to take a rest..

cosy rooms, spacious and clean. The family were so lovely and friendly and made me feel super welcome! the breakfast was also very tasty.

there’s children living here so noise in the morning/during the day is to be expected, but if you’re a light sleeper, just bring some ear plugs :)

Very nice accomodation! Mama and Papa are very lovely and treat you like her sons. Best location in Ubud!

kind and lovely family, the room is comfortable

They have a kid who lives there that screams and are extremly loud the whole day… starts around 7-8 every morning

Best value for money place I found, nice room with a small terrace, in the middle of Ubud. The family that owns the place lives next door and is very nice.

The children of the family cry/scream daily and nightly and the walls are very thin so not for the light-regular sleeper.
