Property was functional but a bit run down, pool was nice and the hotel was quiet.

It’s down quite a long alley way so transporting luggage wasn’t the easiest and the entrance to the hotel wasn’t the most inviting.

Moved room , due to musty smell and a/c not cold. Staff were accommodating to do this. Monkeys came in during the afternoon. So locked in room for 30 min , until they left.

Le personnel est bienveillant, toujours disponible en cas de besoin, et surtout souriant! Les petits déjeunés sont complets et vraiment pas chers ! Le cadre est parfait aucune impression d’être tout près du centre de Ubud, la piscine fonctionne parfaitement, les chambres sont propres, il n’y a rien à redire nous avons passés 17 nuits incroyables! Ils peuvent vous aider pour les transports, les machines à laver! Merci pour tout
