Très bon hébergement: appartement très agréable, spacieux, avec toutes les commodités; l'hôtesse est une dame très agréable, de bon conseil, et fort aimable. De plus, sa discrétion permet de se sentir entièrement libre. Quartier très calme et agréable avec des petites places arborées. Situé à 2,4 km du centre ville-donc de nombreuses possibilité pour se garer gratuitement et une grande facilité pour atteindre le centre ville en 10 minutes (tram ou bus)

The owner is friendly and helpful. I needed to check in earlier than stated and they accommodated this. This accommodation is in building 2, not building 1 and when I mixed up the two, she was helpful and understanding.

Plugs. No one in Spain has plugs in the sinks or baths, so I couldn´t shave. Providing either a plug, or a bowl to shave in would be really helpful.

The property was spotlessly clean, the room is spacious and has ensuite bathroom & aircon, i could use common spaces in the apt such as kitchen and balconies. It is also very well located in a nice, quiet neighborhood this well connected with public transport. Erika was very approachable, flexible and helpful all along. She even extended my check out time by more than half a day without a fee, thanks a lot for the pleasant stay and flexibility!

Bardzo zadbane i czyste miejsce z miłym właścicielem, starającym się uczynić mój pobyt jak najbardziej komfortowym. Uzyskałem od niego wiele wyjaśnień i wskazówek dotyczących pobytu jak i pomoc w trudnych sytuacjach, z całego serca polecam.

Erica was an amazing host – very kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with tips about the city. Even though I arrived late, she patiently waited for me. Communication was smooth and easy. The room was just what I needed: quiet, comfortable, and cool. The apartment had everything – slippers, towels (even a beach towel), shower gel – and I could use the kitchen freely. The location is great: about 25 minutes’ walk to the city center, with a bus stop just 1 minute away and a tram stop 3 minutes away. Shops and restaurants are also nearby. I highly recommend staying with Erica, and I’ll definitely choose her place again when I return to Alicante!

Простора кімната, чудово працює кондиціонер, великий холодильник, власниця продала транспортну картку, підказала як добиратись до пляжу, і загалом доволі привітно відкликалась на прохання

Тріщини на сідалі унітазу, довго чекати поки піде тепла вода з душу, особисті речі власниці у ванній кімнаті та в шафах. вода з кондиціонеру зливається в бутель, тож треба постійно контролювати чи він не наповнився до верху, бо почне протікати. двері в кімнату зачиняються на замок лише з середини, тож коли ви йдете з дому краще беріть все цінне з собою, сейфа немає. Фена і праски немає, лише той який у власниці. Власниця вимагає відкривати двері в кімнату і вікно навстіж, бо так утворюється протяг. Їсти в кімнаті категорично забороняє, грозиться тим, що якщо заведуться мурахи то виводити їх матимете за свій рахунок. Власниця заходить до кімнати коли вас немає, від цього доволі некомфортно. Власниця росіянка, розмовляє лише іспанською або російською. Назвала вторгнення росії не війною, а спеціальною воєнною операцією.
