it's in a central place, 10 minutes walk from the center. The room not big, but totally fine for just sleeping.

Getting in for the first time is a little tricky. After you have the key no issue with it.

Sisäänkirjautuminen oli sujuvaa ja palvelu joustavaa sekä ystävällistä.

Huoneessa oli edellisen majoittujan roskat edelleen roskakorissa, ja muutenkin siisteyteen soisin kiinnitettävän paremmin sekä enemmän huomiota (kylpyhuone ja makuuhuone). Huoneessa oli myös hyvin kylmä, ja huono äänieristys, -kaikki melu ulkoa kuului erittäin hyvin huoneeseen.

Mala atención de la anfitriona. Maleducada hasta por mensaje. Tarda mucho en contestar e incluso me dejó tirado aunque le avise de mi hora de llegada del AVE. Mintío diciendo que me había llamado y que no había recibido mis mensajes. Se permite regañarme durante 10 minutos para dejarme tirado a las 22:30 de la noche.

La ubicación y el precio y la cama muy buen colchón

La toallas que olían regular y los cojines de L cama las fundas necesitan un lavado. Y pase frío porque solo había una colcha para la cama y no había adicionales . Y la bomba de calor estaba puesto para aire acondicionado y no se cambiaba a caliente 🙏pero por lo demás es un sitio cómodo céntrico

Excellent value for a brief stopover in Alicante. It’s a home-stay but the landlady (who is very friendly and helpful) was out the whole time, so I had the place to myself. Central location near the bus station.

If there had been other guests sharing a bathroom might be a disadvantage.

Exceptionally convenient to main train station. Owner communicates clearly and well (in Spanish). Comfortable bed.

Not as clean as one would like. Looks nothing like the pictures on booking.com.
