"Very nice room!"

Very nice guest house. The room with a balcony has a fridge, which was a big plus! Has A.C. also but we did not use it. Center location, which means no sea side views from the balcony (obviously). Compared to other rooms, i suspect it is the largest, but alas, its also the noisiest. Since there's a busy road bellow. On a plus side, the supermarket Mercadona is right bellow.

Noisy road bellow but it can't be helped. Alicante is a big city, very spacious and with lots of traffic.

"Para salir del paso."

La ubicación, la nevera en la habitación y el precio.

Edificio viejo sin ascensor. La falta de mantenimiento (luz de la lamparilla del cabezal de la cama fundida y la manguera del telefonillo de la ducha rota)

Zameldowanie i wymeldowanie bez problemu. Mieszkanie w samym centrum co jest dużym plusem. Pokój czysty i odpowiadał temu co na zdjęciach było, łazienka również choć trochę cierpliwości trzeba mieć aż ciepła woda zleci. Klima, wi-fi wszystko działa sprawnie. Jako baza wypadowa świetne miejsce, wszędzie blisko.

Jedyny mały minus okno które się nie domyka, troche ciągnęło, ale dało się dogrzać klimatyzacją.
