La limpieza del todo el apartamento y la ubicación.

Era un piso compartido (no especificado al contratarlo), con cocina y 2 baños que se compartían y tu estancia depende de los otros inquilinos , que no tuvieron unos mínimos de limpieza y respeto por zonas comunes. En la zona de la cocina y terraza acristalada había un olor raro y desagradable.
