Comfortable, spotlessly clean, peaceful appartment 25m from the beach. Comfortable beds, great bathrooms. Friendly hosts. Perfect. We will return.

Lovely little room with everything you need, and just a few steps away from a bus that can take you to Nettuno. Wifi worked well, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean and spacious.

Recently renovated and very clean room with all that you need - small fridge, AC, TV and kettle. Big and comfortable double bed. Very nice place to have delicious pasta near the apartment - it's called Cacio & Pepe 👌🏻

I couldn't use the breakfast option, because the bar for which I received a voucher, was closed.

This place was good value. the beds were comfortable. There was a small fridge for drinks and the shower/water pressure was good. All I want from a cheap stay really.

Don't use the lift. The thing is ancient and I got stuck in it the second time I used it.

Great location, friendly host and clean room

Nothing. I decided not to stay there because as solo female traveler, male manager was nasty and hostile toward me upon arrival.

I arrived per schedule and called the hotel management because the hotel is unmarked and on a small side street that is one lane. I had made it very clear. I had a car and was told that there would be parking in the neighborhood during my stay. I was told by the woman manager that someone would be down to greet me in five minutes and help me with my luggage . I waited 25 minutes. It was 95°.F. Meanwhile, a neighbor is starting to scream at me from a window about my car blocking the street. I didn’t know what to do. The managers husband shows up and he immediately tells me there’s no parking and I can’t have a car. I was shocked because I had written the management to tell them I had a car and if there was parking. Clearly they have no idea what they’re doing. They also only speak Italian and in any other language is not welcome. I kept trying to communicate with Man and asked him to help me find parking because I was guaranteed parking. he pushed against my dog in a nasty aggressive manner. I knew something was wrong. we found a parking spot finally, but it was extremely difficult, and many blocks from the hotel, and then we found a meter two blocks away. The managers husband informed me that I had to feed the meter every 24 hours. Ridiculous. How could I stay in a hotel and feed a meter every hour? This made no sense. Given his behavior towards me, and then shoving my dog in a cruel manner, and the fact that there was no actual parking for my car as promised, I called Booking.com and asked to cancel my reservation. I was told to get a new hotel and they would deal with the management. However, the management absolutely refused to refund my one night stay. This was a very bad experience at this hotel and Booking.com .

Italian vehicles / traffic are noisy, it is getting a little better, but still very noisy
