Cheap accommodation not too far from the Golden Temple walking distance. Private room and toilet.

The room conditions described in Booking didn’t match. We were supposed to get a suite (2 rooms together) but we got 2 separate rooms without any explanation. No towels nor toiletries were provided. As a woman, they avoided all sort of communication with me, instead they would just refer to my male friend. Wifi doesn’t work AT ALL. And AC didn’t work for a whole night either. On top of that, the place was pretty loud and there’s no such a thing as soundproofing.

Room quality is not good, and give worst quality food and charge rate as per 5 star hotel . Overall bad experience, avoid to stay here.

Staff was polite and washrooms are cleans.

While check in, room was not cleaned, they have dust in entire room.

Only, the room was cleaned before giving to us as the same room from which guest checked out 1 min ago was provided to us.

AC was there for show, after so much requesting also, they are switching it for few minutes then switching off, same for the geyser also. Drinking water not provided. Only one local soap provided for two days and many persons. Bathroom was not good, no air can go out, thus bad smell everytime.
