Damuh Pertivi, River and Rice Fields View

C’était tout simplement exceptionnel. Budik est d’une immense gentillesse. J’ai pu réservé un scooter à l’avance, ce qui m’a permis d’être autonome sur place. Il m’a également réservé mon tour dauphins. Je n’ai eu à me soucier de rien. Il m’a également recommandé les meilleures activités à faire sur place. Je m’y suis sentie tellement bien que j’ai étendu ma réservation ! Le lieu quoi que un peu écarté de Lovina est proche des waterfall Aling Aling, lieu incontournable. Une vraie piscine naturelle avec des sauts à 5m, 9m et 14m.

Prachtig huisje met idyllisch uitzicht over de rijstvelden. Een prachtig verzorgde tuin en de locatie is heerlijk rustig. De rivier langs het huisje geeft een natuurlijk gevoel en is heerlijk koel van temperatuur. We voelden ons erg welkom en zou deze plek erg aanraden wanneer je naar Lovina gaat.

Beautiful and comfortable room, helpful attentive and friendly staff, very cold AC. Our room had a large comfortable bed, cozy outdoor living area to have breakfast or play music while listening to the small river rushing by, and a spacious bathroom. Beautiful view of rice terrace. Almost directly across from the entrance to Aling Aling Waterfall and a short walk to several excellent restaurants and a convenience store. Staff was always available to assist with anything with a warm smile and infectious laugh.

Had a small issue at check in getting placed in the wrong room but it was resolved before we returned from dinner. There was coffee in the room but not tea bags, a very minor complaint and easy to fix. Also like many rooms in Bali the bathroom has tile floor which can be slick when wet. A couple more towels at check in would be appreciated to help create a safer situation plus there would be dry towels after sitting in the river. None of these things affected our stay much, I'm certain had I requested tea bags or extra towels I would have had them before I could count to 10, and we would happily return in the future.

I had a wonderful stay here. The view of the rice fields is absolutely beautiful, and the peaceful surroundings make it the perfect place to enjoy nature. It's located in a local village, which adds to the authentic experience. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I can definitely recommend staying here!

La proximité avec la rivière et le calme

Le manque de matériel dans le chalet, pas de frigo, pas de coffre fort, pas de table de nuit, pas de chaise dans la chambre , très peu de prise , pas de Service de Menage et un peu loin de tout .

I stayed at Damuh Pertivi River & Rice Fields and really enjoyed the experience. The homestay is tucked away in a small village close to Aling Aling Waterfall, making it very convenient for exploring the many waterfalls nearby like Sekumpul, Banyumala, and Git Git. Budik, the host, is super kind and always willing to share advice and directions. I recommend renting a scooter, as it gives you the freedom to get around easily. The rooms are right by the river, which I found soothing at night, though the sound might be a bit strong for light sleepers. Lovina is about 25 minutes away, but unless you’re keen on the dolphin tour, it doesn’t offer much else. For me, Damuh Pertivi was the perfect place to relax and recharge between sightseeing. I’d happily stay here again the next time I come to this part of Bali.

I had a wonderfull time at Damuh Pertivi! I loved the cosy room and the view over the river and ricefield. Perfect spot to relax and get away from the crowded Ubud. Butik is a great guy and brings you a simple but delicious breakfast to your terrace every morning. I loved the balinese pancakes 💚 The location is also great for exploring waterfals or searching for dolphins in Lovina. So, if you want some nature and quite time - come here and explore Balis beautyfull north.
