No tengo palabras para agradecer el trato recibido! Llegué agotada tras 26 horas atrapada en un aeropuerto por un vuelo cancelado y, aunque era temprano, me prepararon la habitación de inmediato para que pudiera descansar. Son súper serviciales: incluso cuando ya me había ido del hotel, perdí un neceser con medicación en un tuk-tuk y movieron cielo y tierra para ayudarme a encontrarlo. ¡Increíbles! Además, os recomiendo hacer los tours con ellos; preguntad por Rick de Arceo Travel & Tours PH, es un encanto y hace que la experiencia sea de 10. Como punto a tener en cuenta: no está en pleno centro, pero en 10 minutos andando llegas, y siempre hay tuk-tuks pasando por la puerta. ¡Para mí, merece muchísimo la pena!

El hotel esta muy bien, tiene restaurante, es limpio , grande y comodo. Las habitaciones son buenas, el personal es amable. La ubicación esta bien pero si viajas sola no es lo mejor porque queda en una montaña que debes subir de noche si sales a cenar. Te ayudan con el traslado al aeropuerto y servicios turísticos, también tienen lavanderia y servicios de spa. Volveria a quedarme aqui.

El primer dia sin avisar cambiaron mi habitación a una habitación mucho mas pequeña sin ventana y al lado de la recepción. Fue incomoda la situación, aunque me dieron gratis desayuno al día siguiente no fue lo ideal. Esta situación no debe suceder por servicio al cliente y porque ademas no fue lo acordado en el precio.

The room was spacious and clean, with a lot of hangers provided for hanging our clothes both inside and on the balcony. Our private bathroom was clean - there were no toiletries provided but that's alright. Wifi was fast and reliable throughtout the property. The restaurant attached to the hotel served pricy but very good food. Staff were friendly and very helpful. They also provide other services such as laundry, hailing trikes, renting towels and snorkeling masks, and booking vans to and from the airport. The masseuse who does room service was very good!

There was no breakfast included in the fee and we had to order this everyday, but this was good and filling. The hotel is a bit far from the town center, so expect to ride trikes a lot.

The rooms where new and clean, we had the best shower here since the water pressure was strong and this is very rare in the Philippines 🤣❤️
